When you shop online via Khojdeal, stores give us a referral commission for referring you to them. We pass most of that commission to you as ADDITIONAL savings of Khojdeal Cashback. This cashback is money transferred into your bank account so its the best discount you can expect from your shopping experience. You earn this cashback above all coupons and deals that we have provided on our website. The amount of cashback is different for all transactions. It usually is dependent on the store that you buy from and the amount of sale.

How to Earn -

1. Login to Khojdeal.com
2. Search for the store or category you want to shop from;
3. Get the latest deals from the respective store and click 'Activate Deal' or 'Show Code' to avail the offer;
4. Shop and pay on the online store like you normally do;
5. Retailer now pays us a commission for this sale. We pass that to you as 'KhojdealCashback'. Initially your cashback remains in 'Pending' status. Once we get the confirmation from the store about your sale and the return period of your product is over, storepays us in the next monthly payment cycle. Your cashback then becomes 'Confirmed'
6. When you have earned a minimum of Rs.250 as Confirmed Cashback, we can pay the money to your Indian bank account via NEFT (for free) or by Cheque (admin charge of Rs.30 will be deducted from your Cashback amount).

 

It usually takes 1-3 days for us to track your transaction cashback. Once identified, it will appear in your 'My Account' section as 'Pending Cashback Earning'.

Based on the confirmation process from the stores, your cashback can have one of the following status -

Pending : Once you have completed a valid transaction at a store, within 72 hours the store confirms your transaction and your cashback is registered in Khojdeal as pending.

Processing : At this stage, we are awaiting approval from the store.

Approved : The store has approved the pending transaction and the amount is ready to be credited into your account. The store takes 6-8 weeks to confirm the status to us. Stores confirm only after the products are delivered and return/cancellation period is over.

Declined : These are transactions where the merchants/stores have declined to pay the commission for the earlier pending transaction and thus we cannot give you cashback for such transactions. Please note that the reasons for the stores to decline to pay could be as follows (amongst other reasons)

 

- The transaction was cancelled or part of the the order was returned
- You asked for a refund
- You used a coupon code which was not listed on our website
- You used another price comparison/coupon/review website and they received the commission for the transaction
- You were not logged in and thus the cashback transaction cannot be tracked to you
- The customer's account was associated with some fradulent activity
- If the store feels that the transaction was not genuine

In case you have requested for withdrawal, you will see the request in one of the following status-

Requested : Once you have asked for a payout into your bank account or any of the other redemption methods we enable then the status of such transactions would be changed to 'Requested'

Paid : Once we transfer the cashback into your bank account as per the bank account details given by you or via any of the other redemption methods specified and agreed, then the status of such transactions would be changed to 'Paid'. Please note that you are responsible for entering the correct bank account/redemption information in your 'My Account' section. We cannot be held responsible if your cashback amount ends up getting transferred to the wrong bank account as per the account details given by you.

Khojdeal cashback can be transferred into your bank account. The minimum eligible amount for transfer is Rs 250.

Cashback tracking for online transactions is via third party organisations called affiliate networks, who do so using cookies (small pieces of data dropped by a website into a users browser). While usually tracking takes place smoothly, but there are a range of issues which can cause problems like you were not logged in or anti-spyware, anti-virus or other protection on your computer might prevent cashback tracking back to your account, sometimes there may be cashback tracking issues if you transacted via your mobile.

In some cases the retailer may decline your cashback, such as:

The purchase was returned, cancelled or the order amended.

The purchase was not completed completely online.

Another referrer has been awarded the cashback commission (e.g. a price comparison site).

You did not comply with the terms and conditions listed on our website and/or the retailer's.

A voucher code or gift code not authorized by our website was used.

The retailer has ceased trading or has gone into administration.

Cookies were disabled and hence the tracking could not be completed.

Generally, sticking to the terms and conditions provided on our retailer page and ensuring you follow the recommended process will minimize the risk of anything going wrong.

The Store may have declined your cashback due to any of these reasons:

  • You returned the product/s, cancelled the purchase or amended the order
  • You used a coupon/voucher which wasn't listed on Khojdeal
  • You compared prices through some other website
  • You did not comply with the store's terms and conditions

We will always assist you to help track your cashback if you think it has been wrongly declined, please fill the 'Missing Cashback' form and we will get back to you after checking with the retailer why the cashback was declined. Please note that all stores may not support such queries as most of them only allow to raise missing Cashback queries upto 10 days from the transaction/click date, please always read the stores terms and conditions on Khojdeal.
